Directions - We are situated 1.8k from the alpine village of Hamner Springs, just off Argelins Road. As you come into Hanmer instead of veering right, turn into Argelins Road, Rippingale is 2nd on the left Or come via Jacks Pass, turn at the golf course veering right into Rippingale Road.
Parking - We have 3 bays up our drive You can park on the street or grassed area opposite the house.
In winter the front door is closed to keep the heat in, not you out! Just come on in a warm welcome awaits.

We offer varied types of accommodation at great BnB rates starting from $40 for single up to ensuite Queen from $80.
We offer long-term accommodation from $175 week Ph 0210767236 for conditions to stay.
We are positioned on the edge of town in a rural setting.
